BSNL, Broadband(home 250)
No connection

I applied for a broadband on 22/6/09 (RequestID is:14102750906220001). They give me a modem on 16/7/09.But it connected to internet only once. I complaint many times in Thiruvalla (Pathanamtitta).

but till i cannot access it.my phone number is 0469-2606359.
