BSNL Broadband- Home Plan -250
Broad Band connection is out of orde

Dear Sir,

I have got Broadband connection from BSNL at Naranpura Tel. Exchange, Ahmedabad, recently (approximately two month) vide my tel no.079-2748628. But my BSNL Broadband connection is already out of order approximately last 20-25 days, and I was complained on tel no.079-27473400 but no any response from them side. So what can I do, because I can not use my broadband connection and I feel I have wastage my money, as paid or payable charges to BSNL for Broadband, which is charged in my tel. bill from BSNL and also loss of my purchasing Modem Type 1 from BSNL.

So Please, either activate my Broad band connection or take back my Modem and refund me modem price of Rs.1872/- and Monthly charges of Rs.250/- as you wish.

Pl. do needful in this matter as you like but do whichever as early as possible and oblige.
