after a lot of attempts made to bring bsnl broadband connection transfer from vidyaranyapura of bangalore to sanjay nagar of bangalore.
my telephone number 23641049 at vidyaranyapura, i surendered this connection on mar and till today waiting for the same to be transfered to my new house. Meanwhile my neighbour has got the connection and broadband and using it without any hindrance.
Will they atleast refund the deposit amount i paid to them?
