Unable to see data usage

Sir,

I am not able to know data usage of BSNL broadband because when i log on to www.data.bsnl.in it asks for user ID, & password, when i click it says check your user ID & pass word. help me.

The ID & password are given by bsnl only.

Request to send new ID & Password.
