I have taken broadband connection w.e.f. 01.10.2008 of Rs. 500/- Combo Plan {Night unlimited} but broadband usage were charged too high worth Rs. 9305/- for the month of Oct.2008and Nov. 2008. Again the bill was submitted for Rs. 2443/- for the month of Dec. 2008. I have changed the plan from combo to 750 home plan unlimited from 01.12.2008. But again the bill for the month Jan. 2009 submiited for Rs. 2644/-. Ihave made a complaint to CGMT, BSNL, Ajmer in the month of January but no action appears to have been taken till date. Please intervan in the matter and redress my complaint early.
