I am using BSNL Unlimited plan for last three months. Initially, the connection was too good and for the last 1 1/2 months, the internet connection goes down frequently (Say every 10 minutes). The ADSL Link goes down too often causing the net to be disconnected. I tried calling BSNL Customer Care and every time I get different reply, but didn't help resolving the issue. This problem persists for most of the BSNL users. Even in the competitive environment BSNL is not bothered about the customer service.
