Bsnl broadband service(home combo)
No account details receiving

Sir, my bbservice user id is chan_415227. I have been using this bbservice since 9th nov but my I have not been getting my usuage details from the BSNL BROADBAND ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT. This site showing "no usuage record found" under my portal id (cha98611112008). If I dont find my usuage details regularly I may run out my usuage limit under the plan opted which may suffer me economically.

I therefore request you to kindly resolve my problem immediately so that I am able to know my usuage regularly.
