I am subscribed to BSNL Broadband plan of 512 KBPS for which I am paying a whooping 1350/- Rs. per month. The speed I get in so called "Broadband" is 20 kbps to 60 kbps!!! When I should get an assured speed of 512 Kbps, I get a very poor service. Despite several complaints from last two months to BSNL customer care, no attention is paid in this regard. Download and upload speed I get with this connection is 2 kbps and 4 kbps if I am lucky! They are supposed to give a download speed of 60 Kbps minimum and here I am sitting waiting to get a page opened or a small 200 kb file to download.
IS THERE ANYONE IN BSNL TO ENSURE THAT WE GET WHAT WE PAY FOR???
