I am parthasarathy and i have landline telephone (bSNL) for the past 12 years. As a valued constumer i have applied for Broandband connection around 8 months back. From the beginning after getting the connection, the internet is not working properly. The connection will get disconnected every 15-20 minutes. I have raised complainents so many times, but nothing has been done so far. Its been 3 months since i raised the complaint, but still it it is pending. As per process. the complaint would be a redressal within 24hrs of the date of complain. Nothing has been done so far and no one has come so far. Its disgraceful that a company as big as BSNL is not able to get it rectified. Its a shame that the conncectivity is bad and there is absolutely no redressal of the problem and this is display of absolute slackness, which is least accepted from a company like BSNL.Till now i have contacted JTO, SDE, DE, DGM and i have spoken with evryone, but the response is not good. Due to this internet connection problem, i got vexed and i have lost my peace. For this improper response from BSNL, i have taken a decision that not paying this month telephone bill (Jan 209) and i need compensation for this problem.
So i have decided to move this issue to Consumer court and Media to solve this issue and to act immediate.
