I got broadband connection in the month of March but since 4 months I am getting error (of phone line is busy) while making broadband connection frquently, where as my landline is working nicely even though error of phone line is busy is found. this happening to most of the users at our area.
we have complained to concern officers of bsnl telephone exchange of our area, but in vain. due to this we are unable to use broadband services almost 15-20 days in a month.
