But before that I found that the facility of lodging complaint through 24002198 has been restored to my phone, and there also I lodged a complaint. At about 10-30 in the morning I informed you and expressed my regret for filing a complaint through 24002198 and gave you the docket No., requesting you to overlook it. at about 1-30 p.m. I got a telephone from your office and there I informed my telephone is ok. But now I find again that nasty sound has appeared and the facility for over-the-phone complaint withdrawn.
I am a senior citizen over 72 years and it is not possible for me to ask for restoration by visiting your office. Will you kindly restore the service and assure me a noise free service? My telephone No. is 24009411.
