Frequent noise disturbance in thephone

This complaint is lodged for my residential phone number 26446481, we have lodged

complaints earlier regarding frequent noise disturbance while receiving incoming calls /outgoing calls, your department has not rectified the problem till date, i request your

technical engineers to rectify the problem at the earliest and oblige.
