My telephone number is 080 26421785. I was using broad band connection on this phone. Though I had applied more than 3 month, I did not get the connection. After very much effort finally got the modem on Sep 5. The person came for installation was not efficient. He was not able set the connection. Finally on 15 sep, I got the connection. When I got my September bill, they charge me from 5th sep. Then from October 1st I was out of Bangalore. I had return on the 6th October and found my internet is not working. I had given complaints to customer care. No help from there side. Finally on 27th of October I have decided to cancel broadband and I had submitted the application for cancellation in the customer care. But I got a shock when received my bill for the month of October. My bill amount for month of October was 7947 i.e. from 1st October to 31st October. Though during that period I had no connection. When I was trying my luck from their customer care to make the connection ok. In the bill it shows around 15GB download. I am trying to reach customer care regarding this with no help.

I will suggest people not to go for BSNL broad band connection. They have very poor customer care. Because of Govt organization, they have attitude problem.
