When I approached BSNL for telephone shifting (22553415), I was told that it would get shifted a day's time. Whereas after applying for shifting, it is more than 10 days since I gave the application and I am yet to get the shifting done.
When I contacted the particular contact person for that area, he gave a wrong picture saying that we told their people to come later, whereas nobody turned till date.
If this is the way BSNL works, it will further loose its customers.
