For last two years i have been suffering from dirty quality of service of bsnl. my land line no. is 05512255907 exchange is gorahnath, in gorakhpur, up.
i tried to get changed my phone to WLL. they installed WLL phone 05512100447, but it was also not working properly.
i returned that set back to SDE gorakhnath and requested to close the connection.
after some time i had to again installed that connection 05512255907. even now service is not good. they have sent the bill for that period in which set and connection was surrendered.
i have become frustated.
