Hii Firends.

I m BSNL mobile user since 5 years. The Problem starts rt. from beggining when u dail Customer Care no. and wait for 10-15 minutes for ur chance to come. After dat they are in soo hurry dat they could'nt answer linked wid ur question may be due to appropriate knowledge and juzz like to say BSNL ME SAMPARK KARNE K LIYE DHNYAVAD..

Frnzz knowning all these i tried in CC care cos i got sms voucher and i only got validity of 5 days instead of 30 days. first the executive took soo much time to think at last he couldnt answer there he said after 15 min he is transferring call to senoir exe., he also took 20 min after that he put me on hold and didnt answer me after 58 minutes call ended with no reply from Them.

There should be some officers to check there behaviour and knowledge, Also the website of BSNL is poorly designed wid rotten news and tariifs abt BSNL products.
