LANDLINE PHONE IS DEAD SINCE 31/01/09 BUT NO RESPONSE

MY LANDLINE CONNECTION OF BSNL NO. 0341-2312413 BECOME NON FUNCTIONAL SINCE 31/01/09 AFTERNOON SINCE IT WAS A HOLIDAY COMPLAINT CANNOT BE REGISTERED ON THAT DAY. ON 02/02/09 COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED AT ASANSOL BSNL OFFICE SITUATED AT GODHULI ROAD, ASANSOL BUT IT WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF TILL DATE EVEN THOUGH SEVERAL TIMES I VISITED THEIR OFFICE WHERE THE COMPLAIN WAS LODGED REQUEST THEM TO REPAIR THE FAULT BUT EVERY TIME THEY USE TO GIVE FALSE ASSURANCES. I AM REALLY FEEL HARASHED BY THE EMPLOYEE OF THIS ORGANISATION WHO DON'T BOTHER ABOUT ACCOUNTIBILITY OF THEIR JOB. HOPE MY PROBLEM WILL GET RESOLVED AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE THOUGH I HAVE LOST FAITH ON THIS ORGANISATION.
