inspite of several verbal calls to line man of our area Mr. WATTAL (Mob no. 01912005564) for replacement of my faulty landline instrument since 1 month i am unable to get new instrument against old one. Since one when ever i call him, he dont pick up my call & make his phone not reachable. i have also sent an application in this regard but no progress till date. my landline no. is installed at resham ghar colony under shakti nagar exchage. contact no. 9469233332 nitin. kindly do the needful at an earliest.
