Wrong telephone and broadband bill

Dear Sir,

My telephone number is 2611255 and i am from bhagalpur. I had a broadband connection of plan HOME 5oo in the april last year. but in may i turned it to UL 900 PLAN. but due to the laziness of working and some communication problem n the bsnl office, it was never done. We have the correct papers of changing of the broadband bill. Now after 10 months they have sent a bill of 125000 Rs, which is false.

iF MY BILL IS REVISED FROM THE LAST YEAR MAY WITH HOME 900 UL, the bill will be very low, but the authorities are not doing so.

Please suggest me what should i do.
