Frequent breakdown of telephone and broadband services

Dear sir

There is frequent breakdown of my landlne no. 01642216457. There is also chronic problem of instablity in ADSN link on Broadband which is installed on the above stated number. Despite registring complaint with the local exchange as well as at Higher authorities the problem is not rectified to my satisfaction. BSNL is doing only lip service but not taking any concrete action on it.
