Whenever I call customer care and ask to cancel my account they put me on hold and eventually the line is cut. The most ironic thing is that they keep saying my call is important to them then why do they cut me off? If their service is good why do we have to take such steps? Instead of cutting off people who want to cancel their accounts and charge them even though they want to cancel their account, they should better their services, maybe then we'll come back into using their accounts!
