I Mr Sumanth Kumar S/o Adina Venkata Raju, we residing at 7-22/7, Shankar Nagar, Uppal Deopo, Uppal-500039, we applied the election card in our grampanchyath office when we went for collection of Election Or Voter card there we find the mistake that ID’S and names of are not matching with our family members.

So kindly, Update the our name’s & ID as per your collection data
