Delay in landline & broadband connection

Sir,

we have applied for landline and broadband connection and have paid Rs.500 on 18.3.2009.But we have not yet got the connection. There is no response also. Our REFERENCE number is 91207256 AN:92211689.PLease do the needy so that we could get the connection as early as possible.
