Not enough signal to speak

Dear Sir,

My mobile number is 9443005129 I am using this number for last 4 or 5 years. last two years i am using a 750 scheme (Post paid) my monthly average bill is more than 1500 rupess. I am working as a manager in a private limited company in marthoma nagar gudalur and all our staffs provided with bsnl phones. we are paying almost 15 to 20 thousand as phone bill every month

I am verymuch regret to tell you that we doesnt have enough signel strength to speak. I have complainted this to the JE mobile so many times one even i made a written complaint also. JE is always busy with some other works. All your people are getting angry when ever we make complaints. Please note that our office is only 1.5 km away from gudalur town lot of towers situated near our factory but we doesnt have enough signal to speak.

Sir please not that i am paying a monthly rent of Rs.750 for a useless phone also please note that in the present telecome market we have lot of other choices also but we opt for bsnl only because of the trust we have for the past 15 - 20 years.

In all your advertisement in newspapers you mentioned that BSNL CONNECTING INDIA according to use " BSNL IS DISCONNECTING INDIA"
