Sir, i am a network engineer of NIC, Sheohar. From last 3 days leased line circuit is fail. i have complained this to BSNL SDO, Sheohar but he is not showing any interest to currectify this problem.i have got also complained no.22 on 4/4/09.Due to that Election work is effected.
