I have applied for bsnl broadband connection under the name SH.SANJAY KARANWAL Tele. Exch. Shastri Nagar, Meerut in the month of MARCH and have no got it done till now due to the unavailability of modems.so i request the addressed official to do as needed as it is really a bad mark on the name of the company and cause of customer`s dissatisfaction... I also complin many time still i didn't get any response till now. I would be gratefull if you take action against this complain.please sir help me.
