BSNL Overbilling

Sir, I'm using the BSNL Home 500C plan for the past 8 months. It has been good so far. I didn't found much problems with it. Last month my phone become dead. I wasn't able to use my phone and internet for 10 days. So, my free calls and internet usage become waste. After that it has been rectified. But, when I received the bill it shows Rs. 619/- its nearly Rs. 60/- extra from the regular bill amount. Actually we suffered for 10 days. The problem was with BSNL but they have over billed the customer. i.e to me... Please find a soultion for this and please ensure it should be repeated.
