This time I have received your bill dated 3-4 for Rs.228/- as late as today, asking me to pay the same latest by 20-4! The window envelope shows the franking as "Ernakulam 23-4." So you may please instruct the collecting centres to receive the amount without interest. If interest is paid, you may adjust it in the next bill. Kindly inform whether the window envelope is to be sent to any office.
