Phone wire is disconnecting even though prompt payment through ECS

Hi,

Our land line connection is disconnecting even though I am paying the prompt payments through ECS. Since 3 months I am facing the problems due to this disconnecting. BSNL people's services are not good at all. On the date of 16.04.2009 I booked a complaint (Docket No. is 102) and the linemen came and made repair. Again the same day night onwards the telephone has been disconnected. on the date of 17.04.2009 I repeatedly booked another complaint (Docket No. is 107).
