Bill Delivery Problem

I am a customer of BSNL having STD PCO phone no. 01412331976. I receive my phone only 1 in 8 months or 1 in 12 months. I have complained to Vidyadhar Nagar, Jaipur about 50 times. I have also met personally to D.E. and Accounts Officer. I have complained in written also but they are unable to make delivery of bills proper. I have complained to Phone no. 1500 about 50 times. They are also unable to do. Due to non-delivery of bills I feel mentally tention always because we don’t know the due date of bills (it is changed every month). Many times it happens that we go to pay the bills but after going there we know that bill has not been prepared and come back with wastage of time. If we receive one bill in a year and that on the due date, that is useless.

For your kind information this is not the problem of only mine, Most of the customers of BSNL in Vishvkarma Industrial Area are facing the same problem.
