BSNL Land line not working

I've a BSNL landline connection in Nalgonda, AP.with number 0868128217 as name

Narsinha reddy anaganti, vi.thoragal, mdl.kanagal in chinnamadaram exchange.

actually this Land line was not working for the last 4 months I was given the complaint many times to near

by exchange but still no use but we are paying bill every time.

Please give me an number or email id for complaint for quick response.

or give me details for wireless conversion as early as possible...
