Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a bsnl user for the past one year. My number is 24712617.My broad band is not working for the past 3 months. The officers were not responding for my complaints. This response was very pathetic and i got fed up. So I recommend not to use this service. It would give you only additional stress. I would be glad if you can process this complaint and give me some relief.
