Voucher error

i rahul have problem with my prepaid number 9457400896 .. i buy a sms voucher of rs 50 coupon but it was not sucesful. but when i told to customer care then he make me fool like do this or else i do all the things but no effect on my error so plz help i have very angry with bsnl customer service he is making only fool
