I am using BSNL connection from quite long, suddenly i dont know what happened and my sim is asking for some PUK code. On calling BSNL number of times i didnt got any proper response from them. Every time i call they say system can't generate the PUK code. My number is 9464982997 and my sim number is 8991538013111846321. So pls look into this and give me appropriate answer.
