Not getting a new connection

Hi this is sathish form chromepet past 12 .04. 09 i had applied for new broadband conection for the plan of 750 .till now i had not recieved the connection there is no response from the chromepet exchange .then they had promissed that they will give connection within a week . but they are failed to keep there words . so i had decided to discontinue with bsnl . kindly repay my 500 bugs as soon as possible here by i send my details
