I was using the bsnl broadband connection.home500, i have given the plan change on 23-01 from (home 500 to umlinted 750) to chennai bsnl customer care to chrompet.while taking the application form.it will change within two days.but i went home.
next month of 18-feb, i had a cal from bsnl office, your usage limited is over.i called to toll free 1500
they had a told ur plan not change, you better ask customer care of bsnl office.
i went there, i asked about the plan change..but no response from A.E (lady).his relation had a cancellation telephone connection.she do that. she told "i donot know" a simple answer
and u go and meet J.E..
i went there, he sit outside of J.E Room, i ask about plan change, he told, i will change immediately.he told wrote a letter, i had given them.
i cal on the23-feb, it cooly tell, there only next four days, adjust it.
i colect all proof from bsnl office (plan change as wellas J.E letter)
