I applied for the broadband plan (750 unlimited) on 26th september and got connection in 2 days but they charged me from 1st sep to 30 sep along with RS 1060 extra in debit. They said extra charges will be adjusted but they did nothing. I applied for disconnection on 24 feb and got dissconnected on 26 feb but they again sent two month bill bcoz my modem was on rent and it was submitted on 30 april. Can i do something in this matter?
