Money losing

From february onwards mobile no 9447554675 had a loss of Rs.30.00 per month. contacted the customer care, but no use. They said, they are unaware of the loss. In March, lost Rs.60.00 and so I (SAM MATHIAS.W), had gone Thiruvananthapuram office, but they could also not solve the problem. In April, again I lost Rs.30.00 and I went there and given a written complaint. Even though I had again lost Rs.30.00 in May also. In each deduction their must be an SMS, saying, "Thank You for subscribing to the subscription service" from the no: 70071030.

So I request to take necessary action to refund my hard earned money, and also stop this kind of cutting of money from my account.
