Yesterday there was no connection, made a complaint at your Tollfree no which you can refer.
Todate none had taken action or replied by email or letter on lost days due to unfunctionality, disconnection, broadband problems perinially.
You should know that yesterday 20 new Broadband connections were taken in our Apts from Airtel, this itself reflects your services, if you have drive and accountability this would not have come.
I had been requesting forgoing Broadband connection, whom sould i write for this?
kindly resolve immedeate and be accountable (You cannot fleece my hardearned money like this).
