Both Landline & Broad Band is not Working

Dear Commercial Officer,

Despite having the technological & infrastructural edge over other service providers the approach of your Customer Care Service is pathetic.

I have been trying to book the complaint using other phone but failed all the times for "Computer Connection Failure" at your end.

Kindly rectify my telephone (Tel. No. 0124-2220482) connection for both Phone & Broad Band Connection. My connectio is under "Gurgaon - Main Exchange"
