Rebate of tele bill of MAY-9 as phone was dead for more than 20 days in May-09 and it was repeatedly complain to bottoem to higher Authority

Sir,

My telephone no.079-2276255 was dead in May-09 for more than 20 days.several times I had complain to SDO Mr. Panchal., DE Mr. D.J.Patel. I have broadband connection on this number also. Several times complain also registered. Ihave documentary proof also. At last I complain to Area manager east. Due to his effort my telephone was made ok. but after one day broadband failed. then Icomplain to DE but he did not do any thing then I complain Mr. Solanki DE internal. He do some thing and my phone was started with broadband.

During this period I had to suffer heavily. My written complain is there with AREA MANAGER EAST.

I have also one copy received by AM

So, kindly please help us to get compansation of that time. New bill is coming in june-09
