Subject: - Pathetic services and highly unprofessional employees

Dear Sir,

I have taken a new broadband connection on 8-June and the instruments were installed on 11-June (with the number 0172-2634014on the name of Mr. OM Prakash Singh Rathore) and till date my internet is not working. The details of the services I have got is given below

1. On 11-June a gentleman came at my doorstep to install modem (before the installation of phone) and he did the same and has given his number 9779261960 and asked to call once the phone is installed. On the same line man came and installed the phone.

2. On 12-June I have called the gentleman and asked to come as phone was installed, but he said that his job has been done. I informed him that my internet is not working and one wire is short for the internet. He has asked to call line man.

(There is no point to call line man as my telephone is working absolutely fine till date)

3. On the same day I have called on the customer care (12678) and register a complain for the same. Next day my sister received a call and person inquired whether my telephone was working fine or not. My sister said that phone is working fine and the gentleman disconnected the call and closed the complaint.

(The compliant was register for the internet not for the telephone)

4. On 14-June I have inquired about the status, the lady who picked the call, told me that complaint has been resolved. The reason I have already mentioned above. The lady has again register my complain (Complain number 2838).

5. On 16-June again a gentlemen called at my landline number and inquired about the complaint. And he provided a number (0172-2668400) and asked to call this number for complaint. When I called this number (I have to dial around 30 2 40 times then somebody picked that call up) and informed about my complaint to the gentleman. The gentleman assured me that he will send JE either in the evening of the same day or in the morning next day.

(Till today I am waiting for someone to come)

6. Today again I called on customer care and informed that nobody came till date. They have proved number of STO for 47C Chandigarh (0172-2668400) for the quick resolution. And I am glad to tell that the gentleman who is attending the call is highly professional. When he picked up the call and I told him that I have complaint he coolly disconnect the call and when I dialed again he didn’t pick the phone and the after that he put me on hold.

7. I am glad tell the while writing this complain someone finally picked my phone and said that concern person is not at office, he is in felid as he has to solve some other complain. And asked to call me after 2 O’clock.

8. Finally before 2’ O’clock on of your engineer (Harjeet) visited my place and informed me that there some issue with my modem (one of the internet pot is defective) and he has asked me to speak Mr. S. L Gupta (9463104889) and I spoke to Mr. S.L Gupta and he has again provided my a new number of Mr. Shiv Prasad (9417011155) and ask to speak to him after 2 O’clock. Meanwhile Mr. Harjeet singh checked with new modem and has given feedback that there my Windows are corrupt and my LAN card is not working fine.

9. On the next day I have checked my PC with Reliance and Airtel Broadband and find that there is nothing wrong with my PC.

10. I have again compliant for the same on 20-June for the same.

Bur my complaints are given below.

1. Why the gentleman who came to install modem has no insured that whether modem is working fine or not and on what basis he has closed the installation request.

2. why it took that many days to a engineer to come at my home

3. Why should I pay the rent of these days when I have not utilized the services

4. And why all the above telephone number given to me doesn’t the BSNL has coordination between its departments.

5. How many days and How many more departments to take to resolve my complaint
