BSNL
Internet light always blinks

For the past 10 days i was going through a very serious prblm. As u know their were 5 lights in the bsnl modem, out of which the INTERNET light of my modem always blink at a very fast pace (even when the systm was idle).

as i use HOME 500 C, it cost me above the limit.

is sumbdy hacking my line or wht?
