Not supplying broadband connection

I had applied for broadband connection since 2 weeks then also I not got it. I have reported it at bsnl office but they are not responsing properly. My phone no is 07927561334

And my landline phone is also faulty and when I try to complaint it on 198 toll free number it responses that the my landline no. is wrong. So what can i do.
