I have BSNL land line connection since 2003. Recently i have taken broad band connection from January-09.
Since inception of my connection, i have been facing consistent problem of either phone dead, instrument faulty or lot of disturbance in line, makes it impossible to understand the content of talk.
After taking broad band connection, appx 2 months, i had been struggling for start up of internet. For help, i had visited BSNL office many times.
Once my broad band got established, again the problem of phone dead or broad band not working started, which made the life miserable.
Even after requesting many times to BSNL officials, nothing concrete or permanent solution given to me.
Every time the full bill of broad band has been given, on asking that it was not operational, they said lodge a complain on paper but receiver of complain does not get available, when you are there.
To lodge a complain, one has to leave all work and go to the office of BSNL, since it is not received or honoured through any other means.
A person working some where can't spare such luxury time to give it to BSNL.
As we have mobiles, hence we re able to survive but the relations, having land line number get
embarrassed.
Here i have request to you, to please look in to this matter and take immediate action to resolve this issue permanently.
