Disconnection request not been followed

I got a new connection on tel no 2616724 in feb and it never worked, I lodged a complaint on 15th May and was assured that it will be corrected but no action was taken then I applied for disconnection on 18th May and I wasa told that my number cant be discoonected but it can be changed to another workable number. My number was then changed to 2641724 but it hasn't worked till date. Ive been paying the rent for it since february but not able to use it. Pl disconnect this number asap.
