I got my landline (0522-2412426telephone connection in july due to the printing mistake my name was changed from hemant kumar mishra to hemani kumar mishra. I filled complaint to bsnl office (bhadewa exchange, lucknow) but they are not taking any action despite written applications... please help me to get the name chnaged...
