Broadband not Connecting

Sir, I took the Broadband connection 2 month ago. In the first month it worked fine.

But since last two weeks I am facing following problems with Broadband.

1.Link doen't become stable at any time.

2.If it become stable connection disconnects after 4 or 5 minutes after connecting.

3.Or the speed is near to 0.

I have made a call to customer care but the response was not satisfying. They even don't have the reason of

poor servises. They told me to call later.

As I have many important works, Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
