Delay in landline connetion

Dear sir,

BSNL Ghaziabad is the worst service provider now i am feeling os. I have booked a new telephone connection UID no. UPWGZB2009063692 and even telephone number was allocated to me that is 2606800 though 15 days have been passed but till yet no connection not even line was given to us this show how careless you are for your customer though your employees say we are number 1 service provider ironically
