I have made innumerable complaints (Complaint # 13830858) regarding the Frequent disconnection of BSNL broadband connection on my phone no 040-23898218, the ADSL light frequently disappears and the broadband connection stops, the staff never turned up to solve the problem, they say that wiring is to be changed but take no action.
Please take the complain seriously and take appropriate action on priority
